Republic Day is all about honoring the belief of Purna Swaraj that initiated by freedom fighters of India like Bal Gangadhar Tidak, Aurobindo Ghosh, Bipin Chandra Pal and strongly advocated by Subhash Chandra Bose and Pandit Nehru. In 1930, 26 January these great leaders demanded full independence of our country against the idea of dominance status.
To honor this day, India later after independence officially launched our constitution in 1950, 26 January and announced this date as Republic Day of our country. So now you know that this day is no less important than our Independence Day.
We in RMPS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, shared our feelings towards our motherland and respect towards our constitution through flag hoisting, yoga, students' march past and a small cultural programme. The Sarpanch of Andada, Mr. Dipak Vasava graced the occasion.
