EVALUATION & ASSESSMENT SYSTEM

For classes I to V:

✵ A Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation will be conducted every Wednesday of the month (schedule given below) for the children of classes I to V.

✵ The evaluation would be in the form of worksheet for Grade I to V.

For Classes VI to X:

1.	Periodic test (PT)	Each PT would have two 20 marks of PT with syllabus covered till announcement of test dates
2.	Multiple Assessment (MA)	Every Periodic Assessment shall be of 10 marks and 40 mins duration. Chapter/topic weightage may vary from 1 – 3 lessons (Viva, Debate, written class test)
3.	Portfolio (PF)	Inspection of notebooks shall be once in a term criteria of Inspection *Neatness*Handwriting*Complete status *Least errors found*label and cover
4.	Subject Enrichment Activities (SE)	2 Projects, Holiday Homework, Assignments, Observations, Research, Practical, Speaking & Listening skills (ASL) (5 marks)
5.	Term 1	80 marks (April 2022 to September 2022)
6.	Term 2	80 marks (October2022 to March 2023)
7	Cyclic Tests	30 marks including 2–3 chapters for Grade 10 and 12
8	Pre-boards	80 marks including complete syllabus for Grade 10 and 12
